Resort Reservations is the first point of contact for all potential bookings at The Grove, and is a well-established team of knowledgeable, efficient and friendly agents who work tirelessly to ensure that when a guest gets in touch, either via phone, email or webchat, they’re on hand to provide 5 star service and be part of creating an unforgettable experience throughout the property.
We are looking for a strong administrator to support the Reservations team. Handling email communication and completing daily administration tasks. Excellent communication skills are also required to cover phone calls during busy periods.
This position is Monday-Friday 9-3pm on a Maternity cover contract.
