Salary - £33,197 to £41,496 per annum dependant on experience plus attractive pension scheme (Up to 10% company contribution), annual bonus, 25 days annual leave plus additional days in lieu of working bank holidays and a wellness day, retail savings scheme and a flexible Health Cash Plan scheme (cash back towards the cost of your routine healthcare including glasses/contact lenses, dental treatment and physiotherapy.

Join Yorkshire Water as a Senior Customer Insight Researcher! We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to provide robust insights and key customer and stakeholder support for the development and delivery of our business plan. Using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our ability to connect with and understand our customers through the latest customer and economic research thinking and techniques, while keeping abreast of new developments, benchmarking, and testing our capability.
Key accountabilities for this role include reflecting customer and stakeholder insights in a timely and consistent manner, managing and developing primary research projects, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of our company and regulatory business strategy, collaborating with colleagues across the organization, and ensuring that robust financial management and commercial awareness form the foundation of all business decisions.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in supporting and embedding change, influencing and driving the right culture and behaviours, and the capability, energy, and tenacity to deliver sustainable performance against challenging business targets. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and with the ability to communicate and engage people at all levels, and manage conflicting priorities of multiple stakeholders.
If you have a good quality degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant subject, such as research, economics, statistics, or marketing, experience in driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets, an in-depth knowledge of the water industry and the regulated environment, and can demonstrate an ability to articulate clear strategic direction, we encourage you to apply.
