Research Scientist Remote
Job description
We are looking for a specialist in LCA to work remotely, preferably part-time for a 9 month contract or full time for a shorter period.
As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the team.
Duties:
- Conduct research using LCA software (SimaPro or GaBi) in the sector of biorefinery
- Analyze data and present findings to the team
- Collaborate with other scientists and researchers
- Write scientific papers for publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Attend project meetings and present research findings
Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, food science, chemical engineering), accomplished or about to finish, any of BSc, BEng, MEng, MSc, PhD (depending on the qualification the salary and job title will be adjusted)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with LCA
