This individual will be responsible for administrative and logistical aspects of qualitative research projects. Support the Fieldwork Manager in the set up and management of the Governance Hub.

What you'll do:
  • Co-ordinate and lead all aspects of project administration, organisation and control in conjunction with the Fieldwork Manager through various phases: commissioning, set up, fieldwork and project closing.
  • Provide resource management for the Qualitative Research team.
  • Lead the administration of the Research Governance Hub.
  • Supplier management; monitoring suppliers’ delivery and quality control performance.
  • Support the Fieldwork Manager and the wider Research team to service insight managers and partners in a positive working environment.
  • To assist and support the Fieldwork Manager & Qual Research team at all times.
  • Constantly seek improvements to the overall service delivery, particularly with regard to new technology/innovation.

What you'll bring:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Project management/co-ordination ability.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid organisational skills – thrives on working to deadlines and spinning lots of plates at once.
  • Ideally be experienced in using SharePoint sites.
  • experience working in Qualitative Research field would be advantageous
