Benefits include Refresh Days (every other Friday afternoon off in the summer!), 23 days annual leave, 5 days personal development leave, Bupa private healthcare, flexible working, membership to a top learning platform, social & wellbeing events, dog friendly office and more!

  • Are you curious about people and the decisions they make?
  • Are you looking to work with top UK and global brands across sectors including retail, fashion, technology, travel and banking?
  • Do you have a positive can-do attitude, and a desire to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment in which no two days are the same?

At the Maru Group we use a combination of our custom-built technology and our team’s insight expertise to help our clients better understand their customers and how they think, feel and behave. As well as running customer experience programmes for big-name clients for over 20 years, we also work in areas such as new product development and shopper understanding, and run a number of insight communities.
