Job description
This project aims to harness cutting edge data analytics techniques to perform a pilot study of the evolution of some key aspects of powertrains during their lifetime. The aim of the study is to develop an understanding as to whether these techniques are capable of making predictions around the evolution given the data that has been captured for these systems.
The project is funded by Caterpillar and will require close collaboration with and visits to industrial partners in the UK. The post is fixed term for 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance during the first three months.
