About the role
The candidate will be a key member of a collaborative research team based at Leicester’s state-of-the-art Henry Wellcome Building and at the newly opened Space Park Leicester facility. The work will be conducted within the new Leicester Institute of Structural and Chemical Biology (LISCB), which is a cross-disciplinary entity that brings together internationally renowned research in chemical and biological sciences at the University of Leicester into a single world-leading unit.
About you
Applicants should possess, or be very close to obtaining, a doctorate in Chemistry or another related field. They should also have previous experience at doctoral or postdoctoral level with mass spectrometry methods (preferably GC/MS), while an interest in biologically relevant chemistry and human tissue culture is preferable.Additional information
