We are looking for a Research Associate to join our team. You will have the opportunity to combine your expertise in conducting full-scale research, analysing multiple data inputs and informing product, strategy and business decisions. Where appropriate, you will be able to use secondary research to inform primary research to corroborate your findings
Things you will be doing
- You will work at the intersection between Product and New Business Initiatives and help PMs and the leadership team to make a bigger strategic impact by providing the right data at the right time.
- This role will significantly influence how we conduct research, our research tool kit and our positioning as thought leaders in key digital areas, such as FinTech, e-Commerce and others.
- As our first full-time researcher, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge across a range of industries and work with some of the most innovative clients out there.
About the role
- This is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to make a long-lasting impact on our project and business development efforts.
- Your primary responsibilities would be:
- Produce clear and engaging market reports for internal and external use.
- Assist project and leadership teams with research, analysis and insights.
- Support business development efforts through client research, competition mapping, etc.
- Be ahead of the curve, identify user and technology trends and communicate them to the team
- Prepare and present your findings with exceptional communication skills - Verbally and in multiple written forms (Decks, Whitepapers, etc.)
- Produce clear and engaging market reports for internal and external use.
Your Experience
- BA / MA from a leading institute
- 2-3 years of post-grad work experience, ideally in a consulting firm/journalism
- Track record of producing innovation-related work in a high pace business environment
- Team player who’s comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Interest in Product Development, Innovation, FinTech and e-Commerce.
- Fluent in modern research and presentation stack: Notion, Google Slides, Keynote, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
