About the role:

This full time role is for a 12 months fixed term, with immediate start.

The location of the post is flexible, either home based or our office in central London. While most of the work will be done during normal working hours, it will require flexibility when interviews are undertaken to respond to participants' availability and this may, on occasions require unsocial hours of work.

You will support VS research team in carrying out its research agenda and will have the opportunity to conduct various research activities, analyse results and generate original ideas.

Applicants should have a degree in relevant field or relevant work experience in a similar role. You should have experience in qualitative data collection including conducting interviews and or focus groups, proven experience in qualitative data analysis and experience in writing and analysing surveys. You should also have experience in working or conducting research with vulnerable people and excellent academic written skills.

You must be a team player - has the ability to work with and contribute to the team. You also have initiative and ability to work independently.
