You will need to have good written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and be able to work with a variety of databases. You will need good organisational skills and be able to adapt and coordinate multiple requests and deadlines whilst maintaining good attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
