Position:
GPI is a global business transformation and solutions consulting firm specializing in helping the life sciences industry achieve operational pricing and access excellence. GPI are seeking a pharmaceutical Research Analyst to join our busy, data-centric team. You will be responsible for supporting the collation, management and analysis of data as part of the development and delivery of new data-driven web platforms and specialised data analysis projects. You will be working with a diverse team researching and collecting new data attributes, building subject matter expertise, and developing your data skills. You will be working in an exciting, fast-paced environment and will be a detail-oriented problem solver who has ambitions to develop and grow with the company.

Requirements:*
- Minimum 2:1 degree in life science, pharmaceutical, biomedical science or a medical background will be necessary
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required; experience with SQL or another language competency (e.g. Python, Java, R) and analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Grafana or Tableau) will be an advantage
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deal with ad hoc requests, prioritising own work
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Evidence of an analytical and data-driven mindset
- Knowledge and understanding of pricing and market access landscapes will be an advantage
- An excellent communicator, comfortable in verbal and written communications with all levels of the client organisation
- A proactive, self-started who can work independently and with a diverse team
- Very strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within defined timelines
- Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills

Other information:*
Responsibilities and Duties
- Become an expert in GPI platform data and its use cases, in order to support with client delivery and platform development
- Work closely with the Product Strategy team to collect and analyse data
- Extract data from HTA submissions and reports, and interpret data in the context of market access and pricing framework
- Gather and organize clinical and economic data from HTA reports
- Calculate cost of treatment for drugs using secondary research for indications and dosing information
- Support the management of GPI data assets via quality checking and testing, and identifying solutions to problems
- Prepare and QC data samples for input into the GPI platform
- Work with teams across GPI to generate analytical content
