Due to growing demand for our services we are seeking to recruit an experienced Reporting Analyst. The role involves supporting a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions and we are seeking an individual with experience of delivery within major projects.
Key Responsibilities
Developing multi-faceted reports with recommendations to senior management
Development, analysis and maintenance of corporate datasets
Provide guidance and advice on data quality issues to a wide variety of data providers
Preparing presentation and other materials for clients
Essential Skills & Experience
Some experience of working in a project environment as a Project Controls or Project Management professional
Strong analytic and numeracy skills with the ability to understand and present data in different representations
Demonstrable track record in identifying reporting and data requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation
Strong communicator, (both written and verbal), to liaise with the client, contractors and designers
Familiarity with Power BI or other Business Intelligence Analytics tools to create interrogatable dashboards
Experience developing data management to support reporting including data structures, exports, storage, manipulation and automation
Proficient in the use of Excel with ability in order to create automated dashboards, graphs and tables
Knowledge of project or programme office function (PMO)
- Degree in a numerate subject, or HND or equivalent qualification with recognised experience commensurate with skills.
- Training in project management methodology, such as PMQ or PRINCE2.
- Ability, or desire to learn, to programme in languages such as VBA and SQL
