In the role you will be supporting and driving all aspects of a key named VBSE customer. You will provide and support through a world class suite of data, managing the account and customers’ requirements within our stringent service level agreements. You will also provide consistent and accurate reporting within guidelines provided by management. Understanding the data and its implications to ensure that we fully understand any trending analysis that has a potential customer impact.
What will you be doing?
Maintain effective customer relationship and act as trusted advisor for Vodafone in all customer interactions, understanding the account needs- Manage, understand, measure and report on performance
- Provide both raw data and fully analysed performance results to the Account and Customer
- Support the Account and Service teams within Vodafone with reporting needs
- Create and maintain a database within Excel of raw data for any future requirements
- Create and maintain process guides to all areas of reporting across the customer account
Who are we looking for?
Have previous experience working in a reporting and data-focussed role- Experience with Service Now (SNOW) solution Reporting and Dashboards (SQL)
- Expert Excel knowledge (Data functions, LOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc)
- Ability to analyse information and identify potential/actual issues/problems and trend analysis
- Strong understanding of ITIL 4 processes- Desirable
SC Clearance or eligible to apply is a must.
