Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops reports and complex dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Connects data visualization objects to external data sources, including the testing and validation of the visualization object’s ability to connect to data source
- Collaborates with other members of the Team or Customer on the design and implementation of optimal data design to support reporting system
- Establish standard methodologies for data assessment and interpretation across multiple dashboards to ensure consistent information representation
- Manages work, timelines, and sets stakeholder expectations
- Tests and validates solutions

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of Dashboard Development in Tableau or PowerBI
- 3+ years of experience acquiring data from multiple data sources for use by data visualization platform
- Experience with requirements gathering - working with customers to determine analytical needs and carrying those needs through the development of data-driven tools to facilitate the requirements
- Experience working with various data sources to include Relational Databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres SQL, Access)
- Expertise in visually representing complex databases to develop relevant charts, graphs & tabular data depending on dataset
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Alteryx experience
- Python
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server development
- Data visualization certification (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Knowledge of visualization tool optimization and tuning
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Proven solid communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions well
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or with Team members and identify and suggest improvements where needed
- Demonstrated solid aptitude to self-learn new technologies and self-motivated to improve customer experience
