Technical Reporting Analyst

12 Month Contract - Ongoing

Our Client has a requirement for a Technical Reporting Analyst, who will be required to work on a 12 month contract basis in Basingstoke.

Our Client operates a Smart Working policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure UK location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take
advantage of this.

Role Purpose:

The Technical Reporting Analyst is responsible for the coordination of cost reporting and cost control of the Technical team activities and for supporting production reporting in conjunction with the Production Engineer and Production Accountant.

Job Role Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the provision of Management Reports in an accurate and timely manner, verifying cost performance and identifying areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action.

· Support daily production reporting in conjunction with Production

· Engineer and Production Accountant

· Support all other production reporting in conjunction with Production

· Engineer and Production Accountant including also Down Time

· Analysis and DynaP system update

· Responsible for overseeing the coordination and submission of Opex and Capex Budget/Forecast 1,2,3 to ensure company deadlines are met

· Responsible for the coordination and submission of Business Plan and Strategic Plan

· Responsible for the coordination of gap analysis and action plan for budget & forecast revision

· Responsible for the alignment of both Operated and Operated by

· Others Budget/Forecasts and Actuals with BMS Reporting Tool

· Responsible for ensuring accuracy of all data feeding into Technical

· Reporting Systems (CORA software tool) and other HQ systems (LOGIS)

· Coordinate the development and analysis of reports to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and tracking of budgeted costs against activities

Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
