We're now seeking an experienced Business Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: In this vital role, you'll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making within our organisation. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights will directly influence our operational efficiency and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and enhance Excel models for various business reporting needs.
· Deliver month-end and weekly KPI reports.
· Manipulate, summarise, and analyse data to provide actionable insights to end users within the business.
· Support project work involving Excel modelling and data analysis.
· Review existing reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Perform ad hoc analytics to support the management team in identifying business efficiencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Excel, with a track record of creating automated, user-friendly reports from raw datasets.
· Experience with data manipulation across large volumes of data, and working with incomplete data sets.
· Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Effective collaboration and time management skills.
· Continuous improvement mindset.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
