Derby Homes is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Working Supervisor to help strengthen the electrical team.
You will be part of a team responsible for the Electrical Servicing and Electrical Upgrade work across the city.
Core duties will include:
- Taking on the NICEIC qualified supervisor role to manage and monitor the delivery of high-quality electrical works.
- Quality control of electrical installations carried out by contractors.
- Monitoring performance of both in house and contractors.
- Supervision of both in-house electricians and contractors.
- Producing reports.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills in order to deliver the high standard of service our customers have come to expect.
All new Trade Operative posts from February 2018 are to be clean shaven with the exception of faith or religious beliefs which require the individual to have facial hair or prevent shaving OR employee has a skin condition or other medical reason why they cannot shave.
