What are we looking for?
Axis is currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Coordinator to be based from our Andover office. You will join our busy Central Administration team which completes work for the entire company as well as handling the majority of incoming calls to the Company.
As a Repairs Coordinator, you will:
- Record and process information relating to minor repair sales and repairs, from conception through to completion and billing
- Record new repairs on the planning tool, updating changes, ordering materials and scheduling work
- Monitor and communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate administrative support to all areas of the department
- Produce reports and issue within required deadlines
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment
- Have good planning, problem solving and communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate you can cope in an exciting and demanding operations environment
