Do you have an eye for detail and a determination to fact find and resolve queries? Are you confident using Excel and Word? We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a flair for figures to join our Rental Control Team. You will become part of a team that maintain our customer’s accounts, ensuring all charges, payments and adjustments are correctly allocated on time to meet strict deadlines.
This role provides clerical support to the team and deals with amending accounts, resolving payment queries, and assisting with the calculation of Direct Debits.
