Luna Motorhome Hire are recruiting for a Rental Agent in our Towcester branch.
The key purpose of this role is to provide flexible support to branch operations and assisting all areas of the Branch to ensure that an outstanding level of customer service is provided at all times and as per our company standards.

The key responsibilities include:
· Dealing with customers face to face and via the telephone
· Opening and closing rental agreements
· Preparing vehicles for rental, this will include some washing externally of vehicles
· Delivery and collection of vehicles to customers and other branches
· Conducting daily fleet checks and vehicle checks

· Held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
· Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Hours of work
Monday - 0900 to 1500
Friday - 1000 to 1700
Saturday - 0800 to 1400
