Commercial Skilled Labourer

Do you want a long term career in the commercial Renewable Energy industry? We will provide the training and development for you to be a fully qualified Renewable Energy Installer. We are only interested in candidates who are willing to learn and looking for a long term career path within our company.

We have been established in the energy sector for 18 years and as an award winning renewable energy company within the commercial sector quality is paramount. We have an excellent reputation for quality and have established a training programme to help new candidates develop a career for the future. We need to expand our existing teams due to increased demand for installations of commercial Solar PV systems, solar carports, EV chargers and battery storage.

We are seeking Semi-Skilled Labourers with transferrable skills who are interested in learning the trade to a professional standard to join the existing installation team to grow and develop into Renewable Energy Installer. You will work and learn within a team environment with a bespoke training programme that is fully funded that will include power tools and training courses to operate specific equipment within our industry. You will learn new skills but to start your journey you will be responsible for all aspects of general labouring including assisting in the installation of PV panels on the ground, roof and solar carports whilst adhering to health and safety and keeping the workplace clean and tidy and then progress into a long term career.

Previous experience in working in the construction industry, roofing, groundworks, steel frames, carpentry, piling or agricultural sector and the ability to drive machinery is advantageous. You must be physically fit, enjoy working outdoors and must hold a valid UK drivers licence.

Salary: £31,590.00-£44,460.00 per year
