An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in Renal & Transplant Services located at Hammersmith Hospital as Virtual Clinic Co-Ordinator. The post holder will help support the delivery of excellent patient care across our busy outpatient department at Hammersmith Hospital as well as our renal clinics based at St Mary’s, Charing Cross and West Middlesex Hospitals.
This role requires an individual who can multi task, work in a busy department and be able to lead by example in demanding and challenging situations. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of waiting list processes, the monitoring required for this and the ability to support the achievement of all operational targets including 18 week referral to treatment. Applicants will be proficient in Word, Excel and patient management software systems.

To provide supervision and management support to members of the administrative team within Renal Outpatients Department
To work as directed by the Renal Outpatient Service Support Manager on maintaining and monitoring administration and systems relating to service delivery in the following areas:
- Reception areas
- Data Quality
- Patient Experience
