We’re looking to expand our remote interviewing services team to play an important role in our research work.

You’ll need to provide your own laptop or PC, USB headset and you must have an ethernet cable. It’s simple to get started: Once you’ve completed our paid training period, you’ll be able to book weekly shifts that suit you, from Monday to Sunday. You’ll be paid the London Living Wage plus holiday which equates to £13.39ph, regardless of your location.
You’ll be fully supported by our remote Team Leaders who will engage with you every day, to help you succeed in your role.
Role specifics:
Your role will be to conduct high-quality interviews over the phone, following a script we provide. You’ll be trusted to gather answers accurately and record them on our systems ensuring confidentiality of respondents, their responses and the research project.
We’re looking for committed, results-driven people who are comfortable working to targets. You’ll be working on research projects that will involve you calling individuals directly and asking them specific questions devised by our researchers on behalf of Government agencies. For example, you might speak to graduates from UK higher education institutions on a project for the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
Shifts available:
There is an element of flexibility to these shifts, and we will be as accommodating as possible but cannot guarantee hours outside of those listed below:
- Evening Shifts Monday to Friday, starting at 3pm, 4pm or 5pm and finish by 7pm, 8pm or 9pm
- Saturday Shifts are 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm
- Sunday shifts are 11am to 3pm or 2pm to 6pm
What we’re looking for
Experience speaking with people over the phone in a work capacity would be useful, but it’s not essential and you’ll receive full training and support. We’re keen to meet people who are comfortable working to achievable targets, and who have a proactive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude to work. Successful candidates will get:
- £10.42 per hour for the training period hour plus holiday pay which equals a total hourly rate of £11.68 during your training period
- London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour plus holiday pay which equals a total hourly rate of £13.39 after the successful training period
