About the team
As an Outbound Upgrade, Sales & Retentions Advisor for one of the UK’s top 5 Telecommunications companies, you will promote and sell products and services with a focus on customer upgrades, acquisition and retention whilst delivering award winning customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
You will add value and create prospects by discussing new products and services to retain and meet the needs of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Making outbound calls to existing customers within our contact centre environment
- Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported offering products and services to new and existing customers
- Ensuring sales are regulatory compliant: adhering to prepared selling scripts whilst delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Taking payments from customers
- Maintaining and updating our customer database
FIS & its client can monitor the production calls(live & recorded) for training & quality purposes( this is required from the past experiences)
What we’re looking for:
- Confident individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- A quick learner who can adapt to the rapidly changing products and service in the mobile telecommunication world
- A good listener, someone who can be empathetic, show patience and adapt their behaviours to match our customers
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
- Must have minimum 3 months experience in Outbound Sales
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of mobile telecoms products and services
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
