Role:
As an Outbound Reach Representative, you will be making outbound calls on behalf of various colleges, conducting surveys and inputting them into a database. You will be provided with coaching and training from our expert team and script for each campaign.
Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to carry out a survey

• Data entry

• Maintain and update information held on a database

• Support line management on any additional admin when required

• Carrying out a predetermined number of calls per hour whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communicator

• Previous Collections / Call Centre or 'outbound' calling experience is highly desirable

• Able to deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence

• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Excellent data entry and typing skills

• Attention to detail in record keeping
