  • Collaborate with fellow team members to uncover solutions to complex customer problems, escalating matters when appropriate.
  • Offer valuable insights to the management team by gathering customer feedback to aid in the enhancement of our products and services.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update client records in the Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to remain informed about company policies, product updates, and service innovations.
