You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full time roles.
Sense now have opportunities for Relief Support Workers to join us in Exeter. This is a casual role, with flexible hours. We work flexibly across the week so can offer part time/full time and relief/bank contracts.
The work involves varied shifts, from sleep in's, weekends evening and days. We are looking for people who want to have flexibility but are able to offer commitment and shared values in return, a great role for someone looking to get into the care sector!

The duties for this role in Exeter include:
To support individuals / groups within the home, center and community.
To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.
