My client is a well-known, leading manufacturer. Due to continued expansion, they are currently recruiting for 3 x Reliability Maintenance Engineers for their site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The successful Reliability Maintenance Engineers will work closely with the existing engineering team and will be responsible for all planned maintenance tasks and process improvements to drive reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business who value ex-military engineers, I have already placed 3 ex-military engineers recently. Reliability Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Ensure a safe working environment exists across site. Co- ordinate maintenance schedules and ensure maintenance standards are adhered too. Contribute to current maintenance developments, implement maintenance principles where needed. Ensure the operation of machinery meetings safety, quality, capacity requirements and minimises waste. Support existing engineering teams with breakdowns and repairs, whilst delivering high maintenance standards. Complete root cause analysis, implement preventive plans to prevent re - occurrence and interpret data. Reliability Maintenance Engineer Requirements: Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 with Mechanical or Electrical engineering bias. Previous experience working on PLC's, with Level 3 PLC advantageous. Previous experience of lean manufacturing, use of CI tools and techniques. Have good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety, ideally holding IOSH or NEBOSH. Problem solving skills. IT Literate. Reliability Maintenance Engineer Benefits: Salary £42,000 to £47,000 depending on experience. Shift 4 on 4 off - 2 days followed by 2 nights although client open to day shift only. 23 days holiday. Company pension scheme. Private healthcare, occupational health, and death in service benefits.
