This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, auditing, and assisting with Reliability Excellence (RX) and Process Safety Management (PSM). Additional duties performed by this role include developing and maintaining procedures, analyzing data, identifying, and completing reliability improvement projects.
Major Tasks Include:
- Perform in depth analysis of maintenance and production data to initiate and support RX related enhancement projects
- Lead site in achieving RX goals and maintenance system improvement
- Review preventative maintenance work for effectiveness and implement necessary improvements
- Work with team to track and identify utility improvement opportunities
- Investigate and rectify reliability and safety issues, using ARC methods as necessary
- Conduct gap assessments to reliability and engineering standards
- Lead assigned capital and expense projects
- Contribute to contractor management program
- Contribute to PSM elements as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with continuous improvement processes/techniques, such as: Six Sigma, Lean, Transactional Lean and Root Cause Analysis
- Working experience of Process Safety Management (PSM)
