How you’ll change it up
Joining our software development team, you’ll facilitate the Agile Release Train processes and execution from end-to-end, escalating obstacles, helping to manage risk, and driving continuous improvement through developing and modifying process, policies and procedures. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
- Working closely with the Scrum teams to guide the prioritisation of backlog items to manage risks and dependencies
- Providing regular and open communication across the program and to stakeholders to support transparency and awareness of progress and obstacles
- Analysing program budgets and estimates from participating organisations to provide direction for the overall budget development and integrated cost profiles
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll already have experience as a Release Train Engineer for long lived value streams and products, with a proven track record of delivering on a large scale, or on multiple initiatives. You’ll also bring the following with you:
- Experience managing teams and / or significant complex projects
- Ability to easily explain technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management and wider employees
- Strong relationship building skills
