We are looking for a Relationships Manager with a desire to always put the customer first.

As the relationship manager your work will include
- Developing a deep relationship with our customers representing £m’s of revenue
- Leading on the Governance framework and service reviews
- Collaborating with our Customer Success team to ensure a joined-up experience for our clients
- Thematic analysis of issues and root causes to achieve excellent customer experience
- Managing key stakeholders and establish what good looks likes for our customers and distribution channels
- Working with our customers and Partner Launch / Onboarding team to help them migrate books of existing businesses and establishing additional areas of growth through new product and services
- Triage and tracking customer trends to provide advice on product development and distribution strategies
- Being the voice of the customer and the company-wide champion. You’ll encourage both teams and individuals across the business to think and act empathetically
- Helping to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them with our customers
