What We're Looking for in a Customer Relationship Executive:

Key Responsibilities as Customer Relationship Executive:
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience, highlighting our commitment to high-quality brand standards.
- Manage and respond to customer complaints, feedback, and reviews.
- Liaise with customers to obtain further information, ensuring top-class service is provided.
- Maintain documentation for all processes.

Salary: Starting salary of £21,000-£25,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme OTE £30K
