Job description
Basic £35K-£38K + £12K OTE + Tesla Model 3 company vehicle
(Sometimes known as a Key Account Manager)
The purpose of this role is to build and maintain relationships with key clients to retain our top assets and achieve organic growth. We need someone to look after our clients based in the Midlands/North of England. You will mostly be working from home and on the road, but expected to attend our office once a quarter in Burgess Hill when required for internal meetings/training.
Experience in:
PPE/workwear and or Health and Safety is strongly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analysing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our key clients.
This role comes with Tesla vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, expenses paid and other benefits such as additional holiday dependent on length of service. The OTE earnings for this role are £12K per year but bonus is uncapped and paid monthly.
Responsibilities
- Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Analyse clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Present Contego's value-proposition to current customers
- Assist the new business team in attending new business meetings
- Meeting monthly revenue and GP targets
- Conduct quarterly reviews to strengthen relationships and win further business
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' of client relationship experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
