Your role
Are you experienced in overseeing key Regulatory Reporting controls and processes? Do you enjoy performing detailed analysis of issues and working with others to solve problems? Can you drive and influence change amongst stakeholders? Are you persistent and pro-active when working to solve problems and prevent them from recurring?

The Pre Regulatory Reporting Team are accountable for the Regulatory Report production (Completeness, Accuracy & Timeliness.)
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to:
- drive, design and sign off on User Stories and Test Cases
- document testing outcomes
- conduct post-production validation exercises
- execute any remediation activities post soft go-live to clear down open exceptions through replay
- document operational readiness artefacts such as SOPs, TOMs
- attend design workshops and have oversight of our design authority process
- facilitate our transition process to RTB
Your team
You’ll be in our London based Regulatory Reporting Operations team within the Integrated Middle Office, leveraging the broader PRR team in Wuxi, China. We are governed by the RTR Team also based in London.
Your expertise
- ideally at least 5 years’ experience in operational business analysis or operational control management, preferably with an Investment Bank
- excellent product, technical, system architecture knowledge, accompanied with a Lean mentality
- experience of regulatory trade reporting required under EMIR, MIFID II and Finfrag
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- able to work independently or collaboratively and take ownership of complex investigations
- strong awareness of regulatory risk
- able to recognize when and how to escalate issues
