Are you a resilient and personable Economics/Finance & Accountancy or Maths graduate with an expertise in MS Excel looking to work within Financial Services? Cedar have partnered with a Private-Equity Backed Financial Services business to help them secure a Regulatory Reporting Associate to join their impressive team. The ideal candidate will have started their ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent, be skilled within reconciliations and P&L and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous financial services background would be advantageous but not essential. Team fit is essential, so it is imperative the successful candidate has excellent communication skills, flexible attitude and an eagerness to learn. This role is offered as a full-time role, paying between £30,000 to £40,000 (dependent on relevant experience) and works a hybrid model (4 days whilst training and then 3 days thereafter) Responsibilities of the role are listed below; however, full training will be provided: Assist in the preparation and reporting of all regulatory submissions across the Group. Assist with internal monitoring and reporting. Deliver ad hoc advice to the business and drive process improvements in the regulatory space. Person specification: University degree or equivalent Strong Excel Skills A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment. Demonstrates curiosity. Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others. Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness.
