Regulatory Advisor
Secondment / Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months

This is a highly dynamic regulatory role, which involves collaboration with our central teams based in the United Kingdom; as well as a vast array of external and internal stakeholder in global regions.

About the role

The Regulatory Advisor for markets, responsible for all aspects of product regulatory compliance for our brands sold regionally, this includes formulation & claims compliance, artwork and advertising approvals.

  • Provide regulatory and technical expertise on the regulatory requirements for all territories within the beauty category.
  • Build and maintain regulatory dossiers for key territories, within the agreed timeframes, ensuring that dossiers are built for successful approval by the regulatory bodies in key territories.
  • Ensure Data management records are maintained so that there is full traceability on changes to regulations and dossiers within key territories, ensuring that the regulatory approval status remains valid.
  • Communicate directly and provide regulatory expertise to the designated markets or channels so that there is full knowledge of the products and any changes within the product lifecycle, ensuring full product compliance with the regulations.
  • Keep up to date with changes to the regulations and the regulatory trends within our industry.
  • Maintain regulatory databases, where necessary, with up to date information on regulatory requirements for all markets, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support the Regulatory Market Manager and Head of Regulatory for all regulatory related projects

What you’ll need to have

  • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably cosmetics
  • Have a logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and priorities a varied workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work well on own and as part of a team
