Job title: Registry Officer, Full time, 2 years Fixed Term
Salary: £33,452 - £37,147 pa, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
The Role
We are looking for a Registry Officer to join the University’s central Academic Registry Services Team. This role will have specific responsibility for leading Registry processes related to assessment, awards and certification.
With the growth of the university’s portfolio, the postholder will be responsible for the development and improvement of assessment processes across the University. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in assessment management within the Higher Education sector, alongside the ability to support and advise staff in relation to operational processes and the academic regulations.
The key activities of the role are:
· Managing assessment records and processes including support to the University’s Awards & Progression boards
· Providing excellent support to colleagues, whilst keeping student experience at the heart of our provision
· Exhibiting robust problem-solving skills with regards to complex student scenarios
You
This role is for you if you are able to juggle competing priorities to meet the University’s needs, can use your professional judgement within an agreed framework of regulations to find solutions, and are confident handling and manipulating large data sets. A willingness to collaborate with colleagues is essential.
