Position Overview: The Second Chance DUI Registrar reports to the DUI Program Coordinator and is responsible for engaging with DUI Program clients and providing them with general support with enrollment and registration. The DUI Registrar works in collaboration with all DUI program staff to ensure that the DUI Program clients receive a positive and smooth experience from enrollment to completion.
Job Functions:
· Enroll clients in court-ordered DUI 3-, 6-, 9-, or 18-month program
· Respond to client inquiries via email, phone calls, and walk-ins
· Organize and schedule clients’ classes
· Maintain client records and filing systems
· Reconcile client program files for accuracy of information.
· Provide general support to clients and staff
· Build, maintain, and reconcile client files for accuracy
· Process payments
· Manage client appointments
· Respond to all client records inquiries
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and client relationship management systems
· Knowledge of DMV reporting & CA Title IX regulation
· Knowledge of basic clerical and computer processing skills
· Ability to work independently using sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively using high levels of professionalism.
· Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with individuals in varying levels of professional development.
· Experience working in a community-based organization serving marginalized populations and communities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 per month
