Registered Veterinary Nurse
Eaton Veterinary Practice
Up to £29,000 FTE depending on experience
Eaton Veterinary Practice are looking for a caring and conscientious registered veterinary nurse to join our busy practice. Our ideal candidate will be confident in all areas of practice including prep, theatre, and nurse clinics. This role is split between inpatient care, theatre, nurse consults and some reception and dispensary cover. If you are a qualified nurse with a keen eye for detail & a supportive colleague to the rest of our fantastic team, this role could be perfect for you!

This is a part-time role working 26 hours per week over 3 days, with holiday cover and 1:5 Saturdays up around 2pm depending on emergency appointments. There is no OOH requirement. The practice is located in a lovely village on the outskirts of Norwich, with good transport links to the city centre and surrounding countryside. The surgery itself is in a modern, bright, purpose-built building, with a spacious waiting area, four consultation rooms including a dedicated nurse consult room, theatre, imaging room and a large prep area which allows a good view of the cattery, with kennels close by for easy monitoring. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 6 vets, 4 registered veterinary nurses, 3 student nurses and 4 receptionists so you are never short of support. Our patients are all small animals with the occasional pet chicken to liven things up! Good medicine is at the heart of what we do, and we are looking for a nurse who is interested in providing a high level of care for every patient at each stage of their life; and who will enjoy being able to build good relationships with our clients, many of whom return to us with many generations of pets!Because our employees matter
