REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSE – FULL TIME
NORTHAMPTON RIVERSIDE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly small animal practice at Northampton Riverside. Our practice is conveniently located close to the A45, 10 minutes’ drive from the M1 and from the busy town centre. We are based inside a busy Pets at Home store with free onsite parking.
You will be joining a supportive team consisting of 2 vets, 1 existing RVN and 3 receptionists.
We see a real variety of cases and have a large and loyal client base. Our established practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, in house laboratory and blood pressure monitor. Perhaps most importantly, we are equipped with a fantastic bean to cup coffee machine!
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a high level of care to our patients and deal with any emergency cases as they arrive. You will be competent in running routine nurse clinics and be responsible for all aspects of general nursing within a busy practice.
This is a full time role with a weekend rota of 1 in 2 Saturday's until 2pm and time in lieu for weekends worked. The role does not involve any OOHs responsibility.
