We are looking for a hands on Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking for their first role as a Registered Manager.
Leo Rising Care and Support are a new start up. They are looking to build their reputation for quality and grow the business in the future.
Leo Rising aim to provide excellent standards of care, we are looking for someone who has experience as a Registered Manager of a homecare or a supported living service or Domicilary Care.
Duties
- To lead and manage the staff team to deliver a reliable, responsive, and respectful person centred care and support service to all residents and service users in line with expectations to deliver excellent care.
- To be registered as the manager with Care Quality Care Commission (CQC) and be responsible for the quality of the service.
- To deliver on the development of the service in line with expectations.
- Ensure residents are enabled to maximise their potential as individuals, and are able to make choices and feel in control of the services they receive.
- Responsible for the budget management for the service.
- To investigate any complaints/safeguarding incidents that may be raised.
- To grow the business in line with expectations by working with commissioners, the CQC and senior management.

We are looking to offer an salary of between £29,000 to £34,000.
