Job description
To manage and support the Paediatric team and the department to create and maintain an environment in which members of the department team can contribute to the maximum of their ability in providing a high standard of care, staff welfare and staff training. The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs, and for the development and implementation of programmes of care without supervision.
