Job description

The post holder will actively support Nursing and other multi-disciplinary staff in delivering care based on appropriate patient assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning. To support staff in the development of clinical procedures, protocols, and practice to ensure the effective delivery of service to patients within the Trust. To undertake all relevant forms of care with minimal supervision and delegate work appropriately to other members of the ward team. To identify and initiate processes and procedures for the effective management of housekeeping and administration duties.
