WE AT SYNERGY CARERS ARE RECRUITING EXPERIENCED RGN NURSES TO SUPPORT ONE OF OUR WELL KNOWN AND WELL RESPECTED HOMES IN HEART OF NEWQUAY, CORNWALL.

WE WILL PAY OUR RGN NURSES £21.50 AN HOUR!

Duties will include:

• Safe administering of prescribed medications
• Supporting care staff as and when required with hands on tasks
• Liaising with GPs, district nurses and families
• Delegating work while on shift ensuring a good skill mix with care staff
• Writing, reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments as required
• Reporting any incidents or concerns to the Matron/Manager or most appropriate person
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• NMC (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
