Job Description
Revitalist is one of the nation’s leading providers of Ketamine Infusion Therapy. Utilizing a team of medical and therapeutic team members, we treat patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, migraines, postpartum depression, and other mood disorders. We seek to reduce overall symptoms and improve lives by restoring function and quality of life. The ideal applicant for our Remote Nurse Specialist role is one who can work independently and is results oriented. Part of an interdisciplinary team, the Remote Nurse Specialist plays a key role in conducting remote (virtual) consultations following medically driven protocols for treatment recommendations with ketamine, home ketamine, and Spravato therapy. The remote nurse specialist will be responsible for educating new candidates to take the next step of enrolling in our treatment programs. In addition, the applicant will help foster a culture of continued growth and expansion by working with the corporate executive team and parent company, Revitalist Lifestyle and Wellness.
This position is full time.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Conducting remote clinical consultations for ketamine, home ketamine, and Spravato therapy.
● Engage with potential patients and provide assessments and evaluations of psychiatric and medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and risk factors to determine eligibility for clinic treatments.
● Collection of payment, calendar booking, and backend processing of VA insurance and private insurance approval, as a backup given, we have Admissions Coordinators to handle primarily
● Promotes a culture of professionalism, accountability, and engagement.
● Assesses, evaluates, and addresses patient needs.
● Maintains all applicable patient privacy laws and regulations such as the HIPAA Act and other local, state, and federal statutes.
Requirements and Qualifications
● BSN from a nationally accredited program
● Minimum of 5 or more years nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
● Multi-state licensure preferred
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Must pass criminal background and drug screenings
● Ability to work full-time.
