NURSE MANAGER
- Belfast
- £52,000 per year
I am currently working along with a healthcare company based in Northern Ireland, helping to recruit a Nurse Manager!
This is a permanent position for someone with prior experience either in Deputy Management or a previous management role.
Responsible for:
- Management of staff,
- Creating weekly rotas,
- Carrying out audits,
- Completing budget reports,
- Helping to train and coach the nursing and healthcare team,
- Reviewing care plans and risk assessments,
- Helping to assess residents and new admissions when needed,
- Arranging transfers as needed.
I am ideally looking for a candidate with:
- Strong leadership skills,
- Prior experience in a senior role,
- And an active registration with the NMC.
