An exciting opportunity has arisen within Clackmannan & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership in the Wallace Suite, Bellfield Centre, Stirling for a suitably qualified registered staff nurse.
The Wallace Suite is a 32 bedded post acute rehab and assessment ward, within these beds are 8 stroke specific rehab beds.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working experienced Registered Nurse who has vision and can demonstrate high standards to care. The delivery of holistic, person-centred care is paramount.
You must have a willingness and appetite for life-long learning to develop and enhance your own personal and professional development and contribute to the professional development of others within your area.
As part of the multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment, delivery, and supervision of care needs, supporting the clinical standards within the ward environment, to ensure that Quality Standards and Key Performance Indicators are met. You must be a team player and share the values of the Partnership.
Experience of working as a band 5 staff nurse is desirable but not essential. Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation is essential. It is desirable that you have experience of working within stroke services is but not essential.
You will be expected to work a flexible work pattern which includes days, night, weekend and public holiday rotation.
