Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise to the nursing team within the Ward B32 at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The successful person will:
- Ensure patient care is robustly delivered in a person centred, safe and effective manner
- Enhance the quality of the patients experience and journey in the department
- Manage and develop the performance of the team
- Contribute to the delivery of NHS Forth Valley organisational objectives including NHS Forth Valley Nursing And Midwifery Strategy
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses (first level registration) with extensive experience and clinical knowledge to allow them to take on this senior role within Ward B32. This is an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, committed individual.
