Are you an enthusiastic, resilient and motivated Band 5 staff nurse looking for a fresh challenge or the opportunity to further your career in a specialist role? You could be part of an innovative, community based 0-19 Integrated Early Help Team delivering the National Healthy Child Programme with a clear focus on improving the health and wellbeing of children (0-5 years) and families in East Sussex.

- As a pre-registered professional with proven experience and skills, should you wish to progress, you would be well placed to apply for one of the coveted annually funded places on the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) programme, allowing you to remain salaried, whilst undertaking a further professional qualification to become a registered Health Visitor.
- A qualified paediatric/general/mental health nurse or midwife.
- A reflective and emotionally intelligent practitioner who makes good use of supervision and support.
- Someone who develops and maintains good interpersonal relationships and can address sensitive issues with families in a clear and supportive way
- Someone who demonstrates ESHT values in their interactions with all clients and colleagues: Respect and compassion, engagement and involvement, improvement and development and working together.
