Job description
We are looking for a Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health, administering medications, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The Nurse must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must possess excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in the latest medical practices and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
Must have NMC PIN.
DBS Check Enhance within last 3 months, or on the update system, however we can obtain a DBS for you.
Varied hours in multiple Care Homes.
Paid mileage.
Must be reliable.
Flexible hours/days.

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: Up to £45.00 per hour
